I’m Katherine, your anxiety and anger management therapist

Hey there, I’m Katherine. It can be hard to find someone you can trust and feel safe with. I understand that and work with clients to build that rapport and trust so you can make the progress you are looking for. With support you can learn to control that anxiety, anger, and emotional outbursts.

I believe that each person is unique, as such I use different techniques that are individualized to the person and what works for them. My clients are more then just their symptoms, I see who they are, not just the labels they give to themselves or are given by others.
